How do I order from Diginate?

Ordering from Diginate is easy. First, get an instant quote. Once you have a quote, use our Design Builder to create a design or upload your artwork file. If you have more than one design simply repeat the process to add more items to your cart. You can then check out and place your order.

How do I supply artwork?

You can create your artwork using our online Design Builder, or upload an artwork file in a number of common file formats. We can accept artwork uploads in the following formats: jpg, jpeg, tif, bmp, png, psd, ai, eps, svg. For best results, we suggest uploading your artwork as a pdf.

Do you do rush orders?

We do not offer any rush service via our website. If you have a deadline looming get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Will you send me a proof?

If you create your artwork via the Design Builder you will see an instant preview prior to ordering. Any orders placed with an artwork upload will receive a digital proof for approval prior to print.

My order hasn't arrived - how do I track it?

When your order is dispatched we will email you the tracking details for your delivery, along with instructions on how to track your item. You can also track your item from the order history section of your account.
