I missed my Royal Mail delivery. What should I do?
You can arrange redelivery via the Royal Mail website here. You'll need the tracking number from your dispatch email. If you don't arrange a redelivery, Royal Mail will hold the item at the local depot. To collect the item all you need is a of proof of ID and the tracking number.
